INDEPENDENCE GIFT OF
DEATH
50 more innocent people
have had their
history cut short, killed as
they slept for
reason the normal mind can
fathom. Going
to school has earned these
young people a
death sentence. The state
seems helpless, the people
exasperated and in despair
"celebrate" 53 years of
independence
realizing they are in more
chains today
than in 1960. Let us all
pause reflect on
these poor souls and find
the will to say
never again. From the
Government houses, to the
houses of worship and the
homes of
Nigeria. We must seek the
will to do
something before Robert
Kaplan is proved
right and this "coming
anarchy" consumes
us.
